Logistics Coordinator (Japanese/English) 募集

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (Japanese/English)
Employer: International manufacturing company

Location: North Vancouver (near Lonsdale Quay Station)
Type of Employment: Permanent full-time position
Probation Period: 3 months
Starting Date: March 2019
Work Hours: 8:00 to 16:00 (30min lunch break)
Compensations: $45k (DOE)
Benefits (after 3 months’ probation period): Ggroup insurance (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability), Yearly health check-up, GRSP plan, commuting allowance etc.

Main Job Duties:

- Sales Assistant to the Product Sales Manager
- Logistic (imports from Japan to Canada and US, trilateral export to South America)
- Inventory planning, Import planning
- Commercial Invoice, packing list, shipping arrangements
- Record and maintain inventory
- Issuing PO and invoices
- Filing related to logistic and accounting


Requirements:

- Fluent in Japanese and English, both spoken and written (business level)
- At least either bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks or logistic coordination/documentation experience.
- At least 3 year’s administrative related work experience.
- At least college diploma
- Familiar with MS- office
- Detail oriented and good at multitasking
- Self-motivated individual who can work under minimal supervision
- Articulate and possess strong business acumen
- Positive thinking and willing to adopt in fast paced environment
