Job Title: Accounting *Option* Permanent Full-time or Part-time
Employer: Real estate development and management company
Location: Downtown Vancouver
Work Hours:
- For Full-time: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- For Part-time: 4 days a week and 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or Monday to Friday and 5 hours a day

Compensation:
- For Full-time: approx. $2500/month
- For Part-time: $15/h
- Plus benefits such as group insurance and parking

Main Job duties:
  • Prepare and post monthly journal entries leading to the trial balance and assist in drafting financial reports
  • Process payments to venders
  • Bank Reconciliation and Liaising with banks
  • Payroll
  • Other accounting tasks assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • Possess minimum 2 or 3 year's previous bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Simply Accounting
  • Must be a fast learner, a great communicator and a motivated team player with keen attention to detail
