Job Title: Permanent Full-time Export Sales
Start Date: ASAP
Employer: Building Products and Lumber Trading Company
Location: Surrey (no public transportaion)

Probation period: 3 month
Work Hours: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Starting Salary: $30,000 ~ 50,000 / year
Benefits: BC Medical Insurance, Dental, Group Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Extended Health Insurance

Main Job Duties:

• Contacting current/developing new customers in Japan
• Translation of any documents or technical manuals from English into Japanese 
• Providing detailed quotation of building materials and finalizing sales 
• Contacting suppliers/manufactures for prices and information 
• Assisting sales representatives in day to day operations 
• Checking of products for quality control and relaying this information back to the customers 
• Preparing documentation for the shipping goods, 
• Coordinating the shipping of the products to the requested destination.
  

Requirements:

1. Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken & written)
2. Some sales/marketing preferably in building products industry 
3. Able to do some physical labor work when needed; e.g. inspection and loading containers with products (doors, windows, panels, etc.) for shipping 
4. Familiar with Excel, Word, e-mail 
5. Own vehice
   

* Willing to sponsor for work permit visa for only a person already possesses working holiday visa or post graduation work permit.
